Below are a couple of fun bubble activities to make at home
and enjoy with your preschooler. These
are great motor skill and scientific activities. I know my grandchildren love bubbles. Whether young or old, I think we all like
bubbles, making bubbles and being creative.
#1. Create Colorful Bubble
Prints. This fun activity involves
motor skills. What you will need is small
bowls, food coloring, a little water, some dish soap and a straw. In about 2-3 small bowls add a little water,
a couple of drops of dish soap and a few drops of food coloring. Mix together and then have fun making bubbles
with your straw. Once you’ve made
bubbles in the 1st bowl, take a piece of paper and place it over the
bubbles, on top of the bowl. Give it a
few seconds, lift and you’ve made a colorful bubble print. Your imagination with the designs you creative
are so fun. A video was posted on YouTube
and FB, Ft. Sanders.
#2. Rainbow Snake Bubbles. This
activity is a building and breathing activity. What you will need is an empty plastic bottle,
a towel or sock, food coloring, a rubber band, scissors, dish soap, water and a
shallow bowl or plate. Cut the end of
the bottle off, then take a towel or sock and place it securely to the bottom
of the bottle using a rubber band. Next
take different colors of food coloring and place small dots around the bottom
of the material. Then dip that into your
solution and blow air into the bottle and watch what happens. A snake like array of bubbles come out in all
different colors! A video was posted on YouTube
and FB, Ft. Sanders.

enjoyed writing this blog. Stay healthy
