Ingredients:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- Dissolve your pack of yeast into a bowl with your warmed milk.
- Add your honey if you choose to use it, along with your melted butter and salt, mix until combined.
- Add your 3 cups of flour and mix until the dough forms. Let your child use their hands to do this part, don't be afraid to get a little messy!
- Place the dough on a floured surface and need for 10 minutes. Take turns with your child as their hands and arms get tired.
- When you are done kneading the dough, place it in a greased dish, cover it, and put it in a warm place so the dough can rise. (Around 1 hour)
- Once the dough has doubled in size, flatten it down and place it in a greased loaf pan, or round pan if you don't have a loaf pan.
- Cover the dough again and place back in the warm area for another 30 minutes while the dough rises again.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes at the 375 degrees. You can cover the top with foil if you see it is getting too brown. When it is done, remove it from the pan and let it cool.
- Grab your favorited butter, jam, Nutella, etc. and enjoy!
